I was raised in Mancos, a small farming community in Southwest Colorado. I graduated from UCCS in December 2021 with a degree in Exercise Science and recently applied to physical therapy school. As someone who grew up in Colorado I have a deep love for the great outdoors, physical activity and enjoying all that our wonderful state has to offer! I am very passionate about exercise and strive to empower people to utilize their body to its fullest ability.
