At Rezac PT, we have a skilled team of Doctors of Physical Therapy to treat a variety of adult and pediatric orthopedic and neurological conditions utilizing the most current evidence-based practices. We will perform a thorough evaluation of your condition and treat you as a whole person with a specific, individualized program for optimal return to life and physical mobility. Your evaluation will include education on your condition and how we can help you with your goals for return to function. Our clinicians utilize a combination of manual therapy, activity/ergonomic awareness, home program, functional activities, therapeutic exercise, and modalities as appropriate for each individual.

In the state of Colorado, you can be seen by a physical therapist directly, without a physician's referral. Physical therapists are skilled in differential diagnosis of musculoskeletal and movement impairment conditions and are able to recognize if a patient presents with signs and symptoms that are outside the scope of physical therapy practice making appropriate referrals to other medical providers when needed. Some insurances may require an authorization and Medicare requires that the plan of care be signed by their medical doctor. We can assist with these special cases.
