We are proud to announce a Wellness Program run by our very own Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and backed with the knowledge of Doctors of Physical Therapy with a collective 40+ years of experience. This program offers a dynamic approach to fitness by creating a challenging workout for the daily warrior. Each session is lead from start to finish by a coach who will serve as the guide and motivation throughout 60 minute sessions. Our coaches design well-rounded programs to ensure health and longevity with your unique presentation and goals in mind.

In Clinic

Personal Training

Personal training is a service offered for the general population with the goal being to get healthy, general weight loss, and guidance on basic exercise technique. This service does include a 3 day work out program to do at home.
  • 5 sessions - 60 minutes, $72/session
  • 10 sessions - 60 minutes, $68/session

Sports Performance Training

Sports performance training is a service offered for individuals who are wanting a program designed for a specific sport or activity. This program is designed based on the biomechanics and physiological demands of the sport or activity.
  • 5 sessions - 60 minutes, $85/session
  • 10 sessions - 60 minutes, $79/session

Golf Performance Assessment

The golf performance assessment includes a golf history intake, TPI screen, feedback on swing technique, and performance testing. The individual will receive a 6 week program to do at home.

General Movement Screen

The general movement screen identifies stability and mobility restrictions, and strength and power weaknesses that could limit an individual from optimal movement in sport, activities of daily living, or physical fitness. The individual will also receive a 4 week work out plan that includes corrective exercises.

What is orientation?

  • One time cost of $150 to begin training includes a 60 minute in-person orientation and 60 minute training session in clinic
  • Clients will have the opportunity to purchase single or multiple package training sessions after this point.

What is included in each session?

  • This a one on one experience, meant to empower and motivate you, based on your general fitness, athletic ability, and functional strength

Remote Training

This program is for individuals who are interested in a consultation, movement screen, and work out program to do at their house or at their gym. Individuals will have access to a coach and receive updated work outs every three weeks.
  • $99 - 3 months

8 Week Independent Program

  • $150 for 8 weeks of virtual coaching

  • One time cost of $150 to begin training includes a 60 minute in-person orientation and 60 minute training session in clinic

What is included?

  • Access to a NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist throughout the program
