Dr. Lexi Tagen, PT, DPT, OCS

I am a Colorado native, born and raised in Colorado Springs with a love of the outdoors. I was a collegiate athlete at Regis University in Denver, Colorado where I played soccer and majored in Biology. After completing my undergraduate degree, I played semi-professional soccer in Denver for the Rapids Women and then played professionally in the Czech Republic for 1. FC Slovácko Ženy in the Czech First Division. Playing soccer overseas was always a dream of mine and was an amazing and unforgettable experience. If you ever get the chance to go to Europe, I would recommend visiting Prague and the tiny town of Uherské Hradiště (my home away from home). After playing soccer in Europe, I decided to pursue my other passion of helping people, and completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy at Regis University. I am thrilled to be a part of the Rezac & Associates Physical Therapy team and look forward to helping you get back to doing the activities you love most.
